Paddle board yoga & pilates in NH.

Whether you’re new to yoga and paddle boarding, or a seasoned SUP Yogi looking for a challenge, SEAVĀSANĀ’s classes are designed to meet you where you are.

With more than two decades of combined SUP yoga teaching experience, our instructors promise an accessible, safe, seamless and FUN experience on the water!

Everything you need for your floating practice is included so you can focus on relaxing and enjoying a memorable experience.

Simply book online in advance and meet us at our class location in New Castle, NH. Our classes are held on calm, protected waters with limited boat traffic and no ocean waves!

This season we will be prioritizing pre-scheduled classes, including our Series, workshops, special events and private experiences.

Drop-in classes will be available on a limited-basis. Private classes are an option for those of you who wish to practice at a specific time, with a group you have organized!

SUP Yoga Summer Series

Sunset Summer Series

Our signature 6-class program beginning in mid-June and ending in late-August. Each session is 90 min and take place at sunset. Gain confidence on your SUP and advance your practice through regular attendance with the same instructor!

Morning Mini-Series

We invite you to try a little bit of everything SUP Yoga has to offer with this 4-class program that starts in mid-July. Designed for yogis with a full-schedule, each session is 75 min and takes place before your busy day begins!

SUP Yoga - SUnset Classes

Join a paddle board yoga class at the BEST time of day - sunset. There’s nothing quite like watching the sun dip below the horizon as you relax in savasana. No experience necessary!

SUP Yoga - All Levels

Curious about SUP Yoga? Drop-in to a 75 minute, all-levels paddleboard yoga classes. We teach at a steady, accessible pace, while offering challenges as appropriate. Every body welcome!

SUP Yoga - Strength + Flow

Strengthen with a thoughtful combination of movements from power yoga and pilates. Break a sweat and then cool off and relax completely on the water! A challenging all-levels class!

Paddle Board Barre

Take your shake to the sea with this 90 min SUP Barre class! You will sweat. You will shake. And then you will relax completely in beautiful surroundings. Meet us at the floating barre!

Intro to SUP Yoga Workshop

Practicing paddle yoga is within reach thanks to this small-group workshop. Gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to launch your floating yoga practice. Designed for beginners!

FUll Moon SUP Yoga

Explore your inner world under the stars with this special moonrise paddle and yoga nidra meditation experience! You will leave feeling rested, restored, and reconnected with yourself.

Celebrating a birthday or bachelorette party? Planning a mom’s night out or getaway with friends? Looking to treat yourself to a 1:1 experience?

Private paddle board yoga and fitness classes are available daily, which means you’ll find an opportunity to practice on a date and time that works for you!

These 1.5 to 2 hour experiences for up to 13 participants can be customized to your group’s interests and experience level.
